Return & Refund Policy
At UNIQ, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:
1. Delivery by Our Own Executive
– When our own executive delivers the product, you are required to *make the full payment first*.
– After payment, the executive will *unbox the product in front of you* so you can check it immediately.
– If the product is found *damaged at that moment, you will get an **instant refund*, or if a replacement is available in stock, we will provide it right away.
– If the replacement is not available, your refund will be processed within *2-3 working days*.
2. Delivery via Third-Party Courier
– For products that *require installation*, please do not open the package yourself. Our installation expert will visit and open it for you. If any damage is found during installation, the product will be replaced or refunded as per availability.
– If you choose to open the package yourself, you must record a *complete unboxing video*, showing:
– The sealed condition of the package.
– The full unboxing process without cuts or edits.
– If damage is clearly visible in the video, we will accept the return and arrange refund/replacement accordingly.
– Without proper video proof, we will not be able to process any return request.
3. No Visible Damage at Delivery
– If the product is opened and *no damage is found at the time of delivery (whether by our executive or third-party delivery), then **no return or refund will be applicable later*.
